Madison is a medium sized city in Wisconsin that has a surprising amount to offer for its small size. It has a number of great restaurants, excellent live museum, a quality theatre scene and excellent shopping.

It also has a vibrant nightlife with plenty of pubs featuring live music. A very fun shopping experience is the Dane County Farmer’s market, which is thought to be the largest farmer’s market in the USA. Everything sold there is produced in Wisconsin and is sold by the person who produced it. The market takes place every Saturday morning rain or shine.There are also several large shopping malls in Madison, such as the West Towne Mall, East Towne Mall and the Hilldale Mall.
