Museum of flight
What else would you expect in the vicinity of one of the most major airports in the United States, the museum with airplanes and other flight memorabilia. The Museum of flight offers that in much more, and is a great place to spend a few hours. One of the major displays you get to enjoy is the original Air Force one.

Pacific Science Center
If an interest in science brings you to museums and you also have an interest in the world of espionage, a visit the Pacific science Center is a must. The reason, recently the CIA released over 200 classified items for public viewing, And they are now displayed at this specific science Center. Day trips

Mount St Helens
Take a scenic drive and visit the infamous Mount Saint Helens that blew its top in 1980. An easy to the half hour drive from the Seattle-Tacoma area arriving at the national Park you’ll find multiple viewing points with information about the mountain. You will actually see singed trees and tree stumps from the eruption. Have no fear; it will probably be thousands of years before it erupts again, at least not today.

San Juan Islands
An excellent day trip for you to take is to jump on one of the fairies from Seattle or Bellingham and get off to the San Juan Islands for an adventure with orca whales and harbor seals. On the San Juan Islands you can run a boat or a simple kayak and paddle out from shore and get within a few yards of swimming organs. An experience you won’t have often but can hear.
